Cyberspace Communication Specialist


Distinction-level IT Technician with a strong foundation in defence-grade technologies and practices, gained through the City & Guilds IT Technician Apprenticeship at RAF Cosford’s No. 1 Radio School, a UK Ministry of Defence-funded training programme. This apprenticeship provided comprehensive, hands-on experience across the full spectrum of IT and communications disciplines used within UK Defence, while also developing a broad, industry-relevant skill set applicable across all areas of modern IT.
Awarded the Vega Rosebowl for achieving the highest overall academic performance on the course, attaining a 93% average across all exams within a cohort of 13 trainees.
Proficient in Cisco CCNA-level networking, Linux and Windows Server administration, cybersecurity, cryptography, satellite communications, data communications, fibre optics, and structured cabling. Strong understanding of Electrical and Electronic Principles, Radio Principles, and the ITIL service management framework. Adept at applying technical knowledge to design, implement, and support secure and resilient IT systems within high-assurance environments.
